Sedna IV
The Sedna is an 80ft sailboat which recently completed a scientific crossing of the Arctic with a film crew on board. Their journey has been made into a television series. The Sedna participated in our project by dropping bottles around the southern end of North America.
Friends of Cooper Island
Cooper Island is a small island just off the north coast of Alaska. It is home to a colony of Black Guillemot birds, a rare Arctic species. George Divoky, the head researcher for this group, found some bottles.
Gary Rolfe
Gary found one of our bottles during an Arctic expedition. He has been on many trips through the Arctic and travels by dogsled with no support. His website has pictures from his trips, as well as a diary.
