The waters and intertidal foreshore of an unnamed bay on east side of Vancouver Island in Stuart Channel approximately 3.5 km northwest of Yellow Point located inside a line drawn from the easterly point at 49º 03.93' north latitude and 123º 46.35' west longitude thence northwesterly to the opposite shore at 49º 04.03' north latitude and 123º 46.49' west longitude.
