Those waters of Subareas 19-4 and 19-5 that lie inside a line that:

then true east to the intersection with the International Boundary between   the United States and Canada, then southerly following the International   Boundary to the intersection with the parallel passing through  48°24.400’ north latitude,

  then following the southerly shore of D’Arcy Island to the beginning point.
