The Provincial Freshwater Fishing Regulations Synopsis covers all freshwater sport fishing regulations in effect in British Columbia (except for salmon fishing and fishing in National Parks).

BC Tidal Waters Regulations:

If you plan to fish in the tidal waters of B.C., you will need to follow regulations as outlined in this guide.
