Information concerning aquaculture licensee amendments
Aquaculture licensee amendment requests may be submitted at any time.
This licensee amendment form must be signed by the licensee(s) of record. If the licensee is a company, the Pacific Fishery Licence Unit requires the submission of:
- a current BC Company Summary and
- a Confirmation of Signing Authorities or an Amendment to Confirmation of Signing Authorities form advising who the amended signing authorities for the company are.
- Only one licensee amendment request is allowed per form.
- Only one party may be nominated (an Individual, First Nation or a Company). Multiple nominees will not be accepted.
- The licensee amendment form must be notarised within 30 days of the date submitted.
- A completed Change of Contact Information Form must be submitted along with the Aquaculture Licensee Amendment form.
- If the licensee amendment is accepted, a letter confirming the acceptance will be sent to the nominator and nominee at the address on record with the Pacific Fishery Licence Unit, and agent where applicable.
Licensee amendments may be submitted by email to DFO.AQLicensing-AQPermis.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
