Part C: Signature and acknowledgement
This application must be signed by all owners of the vessel from which the quota is being reallocated.
I/We hereby confirm that I/we am/are the true owners of the M/V ___________, and request that the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans reallocate the Halibut quota specified in Part B as specified in Part A. I/We also request that the amendments to the Conditions of the Halibut Licence be faxed or emailed as specified in Part A. I/We understand and acknowledge that the allocations and reallocations of halibut quota are at the absolute discretion of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans.
