We manage commercial, Indigenous and recreational intertidal clam fisheries in Canadian Pacific waters.

Eating contaminated shellfish can be life threatening. It is illegal to harvest shellfish from closed or contaminated areas. Closures change frequently throughout the year. Before harvesting clams and other bivalves, make sure that the area where you intend to harvest is safe and legal for harvesting.
